The entry form must be filled out completely, clearly written, registered with the name of the owner of the dog as indicated on the pedigree form with full address and phone number.

The exhibitors are requested to make the payment due and the entry will be confirmed as soon as the money has been received

- Expenses charged by the banc will be debited to the exhibitor

N.B. The entry fee is exigible by the organisation due to the only fact that the entry was received for participation in the show, it at the closing date no payment was received all necessity steps will be taken to recuperate the fee due.

No entry fees will be returned for dogs that have not been shown, not been qualified or not been judged because of late arrival.

Change of class, substitution, cancelling of participation, transmission of documents or what ever other communication in regards to the entry must be received within the final closing date.

Each dog may leave the show after being judged and when on discretion of the Judge the paper with the results and/or qualification booklet has been handed over to the dog owner. The organisation declines every responsibility in this regard.

PRIZES

C.A.C with C.A.C.I.B. - Best of breed - Young Champion – Group winners in the ring of Honour.

The prizes assigned but not collected by closing time of the show will be reassigned the year after.

EXIBITION CLASSES

Champion class: The entry in this class is compulsory for dogs that have obtained the title” San Marino Champion”, while optional for International and Foreign Champions. Fotocopy of the Champion title must be attached to the entry form, without the fotocopy the dog will be entered automatically in the open class.

Open class: For dogs that are at least 15 months old.

Working class: For dogs that are at least 15 months old and have obtained the necessary Title required by international rules. Fotocopy of the FCI certificate must be attached to the entryform, without the fotocopy the dog will be entered automatically in the open class.

Intermediate class: For dogs from 15 to 24 months. .

Veteran class: from 8 years above, graded with excellent 1 may participate for Best of Breed. C.A.C. will not be awarded in this class

Best of Breed: This title is contested among the Champion, Open, Working, Intermediate and Veteran class.

Young class: For dogs between 9 and 18 months old. C.A.C. and C.A.C.I.B. may not be awarded in this class.

The best male and female graded with excellent 1 will be awarded the title

YOUNG SAN MARINO CHAMPION”.

Only one dog of every breed will be qualified for the Best of Young Champions”.

Puppy Class: For Puppies, age between 6 and 9 months. All Puppies will participate in the Ring of Honour for the Best puppy.

Pairs: Two dogs, male and female, of the same breed and variety belonging to the same owner and shown by a single handler.

Breeding Group: Three or more dogs of the same breed and variety from the same breeder registered during the exhibition.


TITLES

C.A.C.: This certificate will be assigned to the Champion, Open, Working and Intermediate class.

Reserve C.A.C.: The second qualified after being disputed between the Champion, Open, Working and Intermediate class.

C.A.C.I.B.: This certificate will be disputed between the Champion, Open, Working and Intermediate class..

Reserve C.A.C.I.B.: The second qualified after being disputed between the Champion, Open, Working and Intermediate class.

To obtain the title ”San Marino Champion” it is necessary to obtain two C.A.C. certificates.
This title is definite and will be validated by the Kennel Club San Marino

Request for homologation of the Championships must be forwarded before December 31th. of the year title was obtained together with a foto-

copy of the pedigreeform and for postal and office expenses, if forwarded by regular mail euro 10,00 if forwarded by registered mail euro 15,00.

Restrictions: Only dogs with a studbook recognized by F.C.I., or countries not associated, but whose studbooks are recognized by F.C.I. may participate. On the entry form must be specified the initials and number of the studbook. No entry form will be accepted without this information. Dogs may only be entered in one class, pairs are not considered classes. Qualification-booklets are not compulsory. Dogs not entered in the catalogue may not come inside the exhibition area.

Responsibilities: The show organisation declines every responsibility regarding damage, theft, illness, death of dogs, dog bites and any other event or cause. The exhibitors are the only ones responsible for bites or damage caused to others within the exhibition area. By entering their dogs in the catalogue the exhibitors accept without reserve all responsibility of the above.

Necessities: Every dog should have a collar and leash and a muzzle if the dog has an inclination to bite.

Complaints: Every complaint should be put in writing and forwarded to the Kennel Club San Marino - Via M.Bucci 20 - 47895 Domagnano - Repubblica San Marino, by registered mail within 7 days after the exhibition date with a fine of 80 euro that will be acquired by the organization if the complaint is not recognized.

The show organization reserves the right;

  • - in case one judge would not be able to be present, to replace the judge and make all changes due to the circumstances.
  • - to refuse the entry forms that cannot be accepted according to their judgement.
  • - in case of great affluence if necessary to advance the closing date of entries.
  • - not to accept any responsibility regarding printing mistakes in the catalogue.
